1. Familiar with machining process and process quality control.Experience in aviation quality management (AS9100 system) is a plus.  

   熟悉機(jī)加工工藝及過(guò)程質(zhì)量控制。 有航空業(yè)質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)（AS9100體系）優(yōu)先考慮。

2. Overall project quality management for NPI / mass production / customer sustaining.

   新品/量產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品/客戶維系的整體項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理。

3. Quality system maintenance for customer – customer audit / product certification.

   客戶的質(zhì)量體系維護(hù)-客戶投訴/產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證。

4. Quality tools application-FMEA, SPC etc.

   質(zhì)量工具應(yīng)用-FMEA, SPC等。

5. 8D Conduct/analyze report quality risk.

   8D主持/分析報(bào)告質(zhì)量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。

6. Coordinate internal team for problem solving / drive to target / close loop follow up.

   協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)問(wèn)題解決/目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向/閉合跟蹤。

7. Ensure product quality through CA/PA and alert in advance for key quality problems or potential quality risk escalation in customer and internal process.

   針對(duì)客戶方和內(nèi)部流程中的關(guān)鍵質(zhì)量問(wèn)題或潛在質(zhì)量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)升級(jí)，通過(guò)CA/PA保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，提前報(bào)警。

8. Good working English reading and writing skills. 良好工作英語(yǔ)讀寫能力。

9. Strong self-driven and self-motivated working attitude. 較強(qiáng)的自我驅(qū)動(dòng)和自我激勵(lì)工作態(tài)度。

10. Ability to coordinate with other functional departments. 與其他功能部門的協(xié)調(diào)能力。
